Punch from Attendance

Staff punch in and out from Me → Attendance (desktop) or Home (phone). The Actions card is the live clock. Logs show sessions, hours, and arrival. Break minutes come from the shift — no extra lunch punch unless you want one.

Admin daily grid

Mark present, absent, half-day, leave, or week-off per row. The daily status is what payroll uses. Admins can still correct a forgotten punch.

Attendance for employees

Each person sees their own history, hours, and shift on My Attendance — without asking HR at month-end.

Devices, not GPS

We do not geofence punches or capture a punch photo. Employee-role logins wait on a device whitelist until you approve the phone.

Shifts & Roster

Shifts set once, applied on the floor. Define hours and breaks, then plan who works where on a roster grid.

Roster on the floor — who works where
Roster on the floor — who works where

Locations with an address

Add a work location with name, address, and an optional map pin so roster and holidays can sit on a branch.

Shifts with break minutes

Start, end, weekly offs, and a fixed break duration. Working hours stay accurate without enforcing extra punches for lunch.

Roster in one grid

Assign employee, date, location, and shift. Override break minutes when that day is different. Staff see the assignment on My Attendance.

Notifications

Saving a roster row notifies the employee in-app to check attendance for that date.

03 — Feature

Leave & Holidays

Every request, approval, and balance in one place. Approved leave marks attendance. Yearly holiday calendars with art show on Home.

Leave balances and apply from Me
Leave balances and apply from Me

Leave types and accrual

Paid and unpaid types with monthly, quarterly, or yearly credit. LWP is a company default. Credits use whole months, not days in the month.

Apply from Leave

Employees open Me → Leave, check balances, and apply with dates and a reason. Report To and Inbox get the pending request.

Balances after approval

Approve or reject from Inbox. Approved leave reduces the credited balance and marks those dates. Auto-approved types skip the inbox.

Holiday calendars

Build a calendar per year. Bulk-pick days on a month grid, mark common holidays that can repeat, and choose art for Home and Me.

Payroll & Payout

Finish attendance, run the period, review totals, then mark paid. Staff download the same PDF from My Finances.

Payslips on My Finances
Payslips on My Finances

Monthly, weekly, or daily

Each employee has a salary type and cycle. Run the period that matches how you pay — after attendance for those days is done.

Month run from the floor

Generate payroll from attendance and salary setup. Review base, adjustments, and net pay before money moves.

Payslips on the same app

Mark salary payment when cash or bank has left. Employees open Me → Finances and download the PDF. No separate employee APK.

Not PF / ESI e-file

We generate slips and record that you paid. EPFO, ESIC, PT, and TDS returns stay on government portals or with your CA.

05 — Feature

Employee self-service

Same TiBook URL. Staff land on Home, Wall, Me, and My Team — billing stays hidden.

Employee Home — punch, wall, holidays
Employee Home — punch, wall, holidays

Home

Punch, shift, off this week, upcoming holidays, wishes, and the organisation wall — the first screen after sign-in.

Me hub

Attendance, Leave, Holidays, Profile, Job, Documents, ID card, Finances, Team, Account, and Security in one place.

My Team

Manager, department, and peers. The peers block hides when there are none.

Invite without a forced reset

Adding staff with an email creates a login and sends the invite password. They are not asked to change it on first sign-in.

06 — Feature

Wall & organisation

Post, poll, or praise on the wall. Browse the directory and organisation tree the way you would a people app — not a spreadsheet.

Wall and organisation on the same app

Post, poll, praise

Admins can always post. Others need Can post on Feed authors. Tick Notify to ping the company or a department.

Directory and tree

Organisation lists people. The tree follows Report To. Tap a colleague for the profile.

Company documents

Upload files under Organisation → Documents. Employees get an in-app notice when a new file lands.

Notifications

Leave, devices, payslips, roster, holidays, and wall events land in the same bell as the rest of TiBook.

07 — Feature

Devices

Employee-role logins must use an approved phone. A shared password cannot roam freely.

Approve the phone before staff can punch

Pending on first sign-in

A new phone records a pending device and blocks payroll until you decide. Owners, admins, and managers are not gated.

Approve or reject

Review name, email, IP, and user agent. Approve to let them punch. Reject to keep them out. Both sides get in-app and email.

Lost phone

Remove a device from the list so it cannot sign in again.

Not live GPS

This is a whitelist, not geo fence, live tracking, or auto punch-out at a site boundary.

08 — Feature

Admin control

One workspace. Two shells. Control who sees billing, who can post, and who can edit the dossier.

Isolated payroll shell — Back to TiBook
Isolated payroll shell — Back to TiBook

Isolated payroll shell

Open Payroll from Apps or HR. Invoices and stock stay out of the way. Back to TiBook returns owners to the dashboard.

Who sees what

Payroll permissions get the admin sidebar. The employee role (and not also admin or manager) gets Home, Wall, Me, and My Team only.

Staff dossier

Job, addresses, relations, documents, signature. Admins with add staff can fill the full file; employees update a smaller self-service set from Me.

Same company as GST

One login can hold multiple businesses. Payroll is an app in the company — not a second HR product.
