How this looks in TiBook
How to
- 1Finish attendance for the month (or the days you are paying for).
- 2Open Payroll and start a monthly payroll run for the target month.
- 3TiBook lists each employee with base salary, attendance adjustments, and net pay.
- 4Review each row. Open a staff line if something looks off β fix attendance or salary setup, then refresh the run.
- 5Confirm the run to generate salary slips for that period.
- 6Use Mark salary payment when money has left the bank or cash drawer (see next article).
Weekly and daily staff
Employees on weekly or daily cycles still appear in payroll β run the period that matches their cycle (for example the week ending date) using the same flow your Payroll screen offers.
Before you lock the month
New joiners must exist in the roster. Leavers should be marked so you do not pay after their last day.
Run payroll after the last attendance day of the month, not before.
Compare the register total to your cash plan before you mark everyone paid.
