E-way bills

E-way bill software — portal first, TiBook second

E-way is a government movement document. TiBook is your invoice and delivery challan. We store the number. We do not log into NIC as you.

Portal

ewaybillgst.gov.in generates the e-way

TiBook

Stores the number on invoice or challan

No Part-B

Vehicle updates stay on the government site

What it is

What is e-way bill software — portal first, TiBook second?

E-way bill software that “generates unlimited e-ways” is an API into the GST e-way portal. TiBook does not offer that API. You generate the e-way on the government site (or a GSP), then put the number on the TiBook invoice or delivery note so the print matches the truck.

Delivery challans in TiBook are for goods movement when the tax invoice is later or not a sale yet. That is not an e-way.

No e-way generate, cancel, or Part-B vehicle update in TiBook.

Invoice and delivery note in TiBook where you store an e-way number

Why it matters

Wrong document on the truck

Invoice ≠ challan ≠ e-way

Mixing the three is a penalty, not an SEO win.

“Unlimited e-way” ads

That is an API into NIC. We do not offer it.

Part-B vehicle updates

Happen on the portal. We do not proxy them.

Wholesalers still need a challan print

That we do. See delivery challan format.
