How inventory looks in TiBook
Add a product or service
Open the item stepper from Items, choose product or service, set prices, tax, units, and stock so you can bill on the first invoice.
HSN, SAC, and GST on items
Put the correct HSN or SAC and tax group on each item so invoices auto-calculate CGST, SGST, or IGST and GST reports stay clean.
Units and secondary units
Sell in pieces but buy in cases, or bill hours while stock moves in days β primary unit plus optional secondary unit with conversion.
Opening stock and stock adjustment
Enter opening quantity when you start on TiBook, then fix counts after a physical check with the stock adjustment modal.
Low-stock alerts
Set a minimum quantity per item so TiBook warns you before you run out at the counter or on Amazon.
Batch and IMEI tracking
Track expiry batches for FMCG and pharma, or serial / IMEI numbers for phones and electronics, on the same item.
Wholesale price and MOQ
Store a wholesale rate and minimum order quantity on the item so distributors and B2B quotes stay consistent.
Import items from Excel
Upload a spreadsheet of products and services instead of typing hundreds of rows in the item stepper.
Print barcodes for items
Generate barcode labels from your item list using print settings β for shelf tags, POS scan, and warehouse bins.
Item categories and images
Group items into categories and add photos so lists, POS, and invoices stay easy to browse.
