Enable Retail POS
Turn on the POS app from the Apps catalog so your team can bill at the counter with search, payments, tax, and thermal print.
Bill at the counter
Search or tap items, attach a customer, toggle tax, record payment received, and save the invoice from Retail POS.
Barcode scanner and POS settings
Scan barcodes at the counter, print barcode labels from inventory, and use POS settings for a faster checkout line.
Print a thermal receipt from POS
Send a compact receipt to a 2" or 3" thermal printer right after you save a counter bill.
Restaurant floor and tables
Enable Restaurant POS, lay out dine-in and takeaway, assign tables, and open orders from the floor view.
Send and print KOT
Fire a Kitchen Order Ticket to the kitchen when new dishes are added, and reprint KOT when the line misses a ticket.
