What is a party?
In TiBook a party is anyone you do business with — customer, supplier, or both — with one contact record and one ledger.
Add a customer or supplier
Create a party with name, email, mobile, tax IDs, addresses, opening balance, and custom fields from the Parties screen.
GSTIN lookup on parties
Type a GSTIN on a party or company profile and TiBook pulls registered name and address from the GST portal when lookup succeeds.
Billing and shipping address
Store where bills and goods should go, with a same-as toggle when delivery matches the registered office.
Party opening balance
Record what a customer owed you or what you owed a supplier on the day you started TiBook so outstanding reports match reality.
