How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Open the item and ensure Manage stock is on.
  2. 2Find Low stock alert (or minimum quantity) and enter the level that should trigger a warning β€” for example when only 5 pieces remain.
  3. 3Save. TiBook compares on-hand stock to this threshold after sales, purchases, and adjustments.
  4. 4Watch the dashboard and item list for low-stock indicators. Reorder or raise a purchase bill before you hit zero.
  5. 5Turn the alert off or raise the minimum when you deliberately run a clearance.

What triggers an alert

Current quantity at or below your minimum, after all automatic movements. Services and non-stock items typically skip this field.

Set alerts on your top twenty SKUs first β€” perfect thresholds for slow movers can wait.

Pair low-stock items with Import items or purchase invoices so restocking is one flow.
