How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Open Add item or edit an existing product.
  2. 2Enter the regular sale price for retail or default billing.
  3. 3Fill Wholesale price β€” the rate you give trade buyers when they meet your terms.
  4. 4Set MOQ (minimum order quantity) β€” the smallest quantity that qualifies for wholesale or your standard pack size.
  5. 5Save. On invoices you can still pick the item and change the rate or quantity per line.
  6. 6Share quotes or repeat bills β€” staff see both prices on the item and apply the right one for the party.

How TiBook uses these fields

Wholesale price and MOQ are defaults and reminders on the item master. They do not auto-switch price on every invoice unless your workflow uses that rate manually or via POS rules.

MOQ is great for β€œonly sell case of 12 to wholesalers” even when retail sells singles.

Keep purchase price updated too so margin reports stay honest when you discount for trade.
