How this looks in TiBook
How to
- 1Open Parties and select the party.
- 2Go to the Items tab.
- 3TiBook lists items linked to that party through sales and purchase invoices in the selected period.
- 4Use date filters if shown to match the ledger range you are analysing.
- 5Scan quantities and amounts β useful for repeat orders, commission, or supplier price reviews.
- 6Export or screenshot if you need to share with the party; full ledger PDF is on the Transactions tab.
When to use this
Sales teams checking βwhat did this dealer take last quarter?β Procurement comparing what you bought from one vendor. Auditors cross-checking high-volume SKUs.
Relation to inventory
Lines come from billed items in TiBook. If an item never appeared on an invoice for this party, it will not show here β add the sale or purchase first.
Pair with Add a product or service so every SKU you care about exists before you analyse history.
B2B reps can open this tab before a visit instead of scrolling old invoices.
