How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Open Add party or edit an existing party (or Settings β†’ Company for your own GSTIN).
  2. 2Enter the 15-character GSTIN.
  3. 3Click Lookup (or the search icon next to the field).
  4. 4When the number is valid, TiBook fills legal name and registered address fields from the portal response.
  5. 5Review the text β€” fix spelling only if your CA wants a specific format on printouts.
  6. 6Save the party. Future invoices use this GSTIN for B2B bills and place-of-supply checks.

When lookup fails

Invalid GSTIN, portal timeout, or unregistered numbers will not autofill. Enter name and address manually and confirm with the party’s GST certificate.

Your company GSTIN

The same lookup on Settings β†’ Company sets bill-from details for every PDF. Do that before you print your first tax invoice.

Lookup saves typos β€” a wrong GSTIN on an invoice is harder to fix than a wrong mobile number.

Party GSTIN plus item HSN drives correct tax lines on Create a sales invoice.
