Configure 2" or 3" thermal printers, choose Compact, Advanced, Simple, or Classic templates, and set logo and columns for receipts.

How to
- 1Go to Settings → Print.
- 2Choose thermal width — 2 inch or 3 inch — to match your printer roll.
- 3Pick a template: Compact, Advanced, Simple, or Classic. Print a test page from the preview if available.
- 4Upload logo for thermal and PDF if you want branding on every slip.
- 5Toggle columns — HSN, batch, serial — that should appear on thermal and invoice printouts.
- 6Save. POS, Restaurant KOT, and invoice thermal actions all use these defaults.
Template choice
Compact fits small rolls and fast counters. Advanced shows more line detail. Simple and Classic trade space for readability — try each on real paper once.
PDF theme
PDF invoice theme (colours and layout) is separate from thermal templates. See Choose an invoice theme for full-page PDFs.
Match paper width to template — 3" content on a 2" roll truncates columns.
Enable HSN on thermal only if your customers ask for it; narrow rolls fill quickly.
