How to
- 1Open Settings → Print (or invoice customisation in the same area).
- 2Find invoice custom fields — common presets include PO No, E-way Bill, and other reference labels.
- 3Enable the fields you print regularly. They appear on new invoices after save.
- 4On each invoice, fill the enabled fields in the header or custom block before you print or share PDF.
- 5For barcode labels (shelf tags, not tax invoices), use the barcode label section in print settings or Items → Print barcodes.
- 6Save settings and print a sample sales invoice to confirm layout.
Per-invoice vs global
Which fields exist is global; the values are per invoice. PO number changes every order — the slot stays on the template.
E-way bill number
TiBook stores the E-way bill number you type for print and records. Generating an e-way bill on the government portal is outside TiBook — enter the number here once you have it.
Do not enable every custom field — only what your B2B buyers audit.
Pair with Choose an invoice theme so PDF and thermal both look on-brand.
