Choose an invoice theme
Pick Classic, Modern, Accent, Formal, or GST Detailed so on-screen invoices and downloaded PDFs match how your buyers expect to read a bill.
Choose how sales invoices look on screen and in downloaded PDFs.
How this looks in TiBook
How to
- 1Open Settings β Print Settings (
/pages/profile/thermal-print). - 2Select the Invoice Theme tab (next to Thermal Settings and Barcode Print).
- 3Preview each style on the left: Classic, Modern, Accent, Formal, and GST Detailed.
- 4GST Detailed shows the fullest tax and HSN table β popular with distributors and GST-registered buyers.
- 5Formal and Classic suit traditional letterhead layouts; Modern and Accent are cleaner for email PDFs.
- 6Click Save Settings. New PDF downloads and the on-screen invoice use the selected theme.
Theme vs thermal template
Invoice theme controls A4 PDF and the browser invoice view. Thermal templates on the same Print Settings page only affect narrow receipt printers β you can use different layouts for counter and office.
What themes share
All themes pull the same data: company block, party, line items, taxes, bank details, notes, and enabled custom print fields. Only layout and typography change.
Send one test PDF to yourself before changing theme mid-month so regular customers are not surprised.
