How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Sign in at app.tibook.in and open Billing & Spending → Sales → Sales Invoice (/voucher/sale).
  2. 2Click Create (or + on mobile) to open a new sales invoice.
  3. 3Select the party (customer). Create one inline if they are not in the list yet.
  4. 4Confirm invoice date, due date, and the invoice number with its prefix. TiBook suggests the next number automatically.
  5. 5Add line items — pick products or services, enter quantity and rate. Tax and HSN/SAC come from each item when Tax is on.
  6. 6Review place of supply (from the customer’s billing state), notes, terms, and bank details if you print them.
  7. 7Click Save. Download PDF, email, WhatsApp, or share a public link from the invoice view.

Before your first invoice

Complete Settings → Company with your legal name, GSTIN, and address. Add at least one customer and one item so billing is a few clicks, not data entry from scratch.

GST on the invoice

Keep the Tax toggle on for registered businesses. TiBook splits CGST+SGST for in-state sales and IGST for inter-state based on your company state and the customer’s billing state. Turn tax off only when the document should not show GST.

Use the Quick Start checklist if you are setting up today — it ends on your first saved sales invoice.

Save as draft is not required; you can edit or duplicate a saved invoice if something changes.
