How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Open Reports and select Item Sales & Purchase.
  2. 2Set the date range.
  3. 3Review per-item rows: quantity sold, sales value, quantity purchased, and purchase value.
  4. 4Sort mentally (or by column if available) to find bestsellers, dead stock, and items you buy but rarely sell.

Stock tie-in

This report reads from invoiced lines. If stock on hand does not match the warehouse, pair this with inventory adjustments and purchase entries.

Services

Service items without stock still appear on the sales side — useful for agencies and repair shops tracking billable work.

Run after month-end stock take to see if fast movers need reorder.

Low sales on high purchase qty is a signal to slow reordering or run a promotion.
