How this looks in TiBook
How to
- 1Open Reports from the sidebar (or go to Reports).
- 2Select the Sales Summary tab.
- 3Set the date range — today, this month, last quarter, or a custom from–to period.
- 4Review totals: number of invoices, gross sales, discounts, tax (CGST / SGST / IGST), and net amount.
- 5Drill into a period or export if your plan includes download — useful for GST filing prep and owner reviews.
What is included
Sales invoices and credit notes in the selected range affect this report. Draft invoices and quotes do not count until they are saved as proper sales vouchers.
Compare with collections
Sales Summary shows what you billed, not what landed in the bank. Pair it with Payment In and Party Wise Outstanding to see billed vs collected.
Run the same range each month so you can spot seasonality.
If totals look low, check that invoices are dated inside your filter, not outside it.
