How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Open Holidays and create a calendar for a year (and optional location).
  2. 2Use bulk add β€” pick the year, tap days on the month grid, name them, optionally mark common (repeats when you copy into next year).
  3. 3Choose festival art as you name the day. Packs include Holi, Eid, Bakrid, Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, Christmas, Gandhi Jayanti, Independence, Republic Day, Ugadi, Sankranti, Rakshabandhan, Ramadan, Shivratri, and more. Naming a holiday auto-guesses art (Holi β†’ holi, Diwali β†’ dussehra).
  4. 4Assign the calendar on the employee dossier if teams use different packs.
  5. 5Employees open Me β†’ Holidays to see the year. Dark art (Eid, Christmas, Dussehra, Independence packs) uses white titles so the date stays readable.

Common vs this year

A common holiday can be copied into the next year’s calendar. The whole year is not auto-repeated β€” you choose what carries forward.

Attendance

Saving a holiday marks that date as holiday attendance for employees on the calendar (and location, if set).

Add national holidays as common; add a one-off mill holiday as this year only.

Click a festival chip on the calendar preview to see how Home banners use that art.

Pick dark art for festival nights β€” the banner switches to white text automatically.
