Enable apps from the catalog
Turn on POS, Restaurant POS, Payroll, Accounting, marketplace connectors, and other TiBook apps from one catalog.
How this looks in TiBook
How to
- 1Open Apps from the sidebar or visit /apps.
- 2Browse the catalog β each card describes what the app does (POS, Payroll, marketplace connectors, and more).
- 3Click Enable on the apps you need. Billing core (invoices, parties, items) is already on; apps add specialised screens.
- 4Wait for the sidebar to refresh. Enabled apps get their own menu entry.
- 5Disable an app from the same catalog if you no longer use it β your underlying data usually stays in the books.
- 6Give team members roles that match the apps they should open (salesman for POS, admin for payroll).
Optional vs core
You can run a full business on invoices, stock, and payments without any extra app. Enable apps when a workflow needs them β counter billing, payroll, or marketplace sync.
Marketplace apps
Shopify is live β connect a store, sync orders, map SKUs, and post sales invoices. Amazon and Flipkart integrations are still in beta; verify orders and SKU mapping carefully while you test those connectors. How-tos live under Marketplace.
Enable one new app at a time so staff learn the screen before the next rollout.
Restaurant POS and Retail POS are separate enables β turn on only what you run.
