How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Enable Shopify from Apps (/apps).
  2. 2Open Shopify from the sidebar and click Connect.
  3. 3Enter your store domain β€” for example your-store.myshopify.com β€” then approve TiBook in Shopify Admin.
  4. 4Land on the dashboard for today’s orders, unfulfilled vs fulfilled counts, and shortcuts.
  5. 5Open Orders to review imported orders. New Shopify orders appear automatically; Sync now is a backup.
  6. 6Map SKUs before you Post to sales so invoices hit the right items and stock.
  7. 7Use Sync history if a batch looks stale or failed.

Automatic vs Sync now

After connect, Shopify sends new and updated orders to TiBook. Refresh the Orders page to see them. Use Sync now only if an order is missing or you changed the public callback URL.

Sales invoices

Paid, authorised, or partially paid orders can be posted as sales invoices once SKUs are mapped. Cancelled orders are skipped. TiBook does not pull Shopify payouts β€” settlements stay in Shopify Admin.

Use the same live redirect URL in the Shopify app as TiBook (https://app.tibook.in/api/shopify/callback).

Reconnect if you added write_products after the first connect β€” that scope is required to list items on Shopify.
