How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Open Agent from the sidebar or go to /agent (also labelled AI in some menus).
  2. 2Type a question — for example “sales this month”, “who owes more than ₹10,000”, or “how many items below reorder”.
  3. 3Agent reads your live books and answers with numbers and names from your company.
  4. 4Use voice if your device supports it — hold the mic and ask the same way you would a colleague.
  5. 5Watch daily limits on the Agent screen. Heavy use resets on the schedule TiBook shows there.
  6. 6Follow up with a narrower question if the first answer was too broad.

What Agent can answer

Sales totals, outstanding balances, party lists, item stock, employee roster summaries, and similar read-only questions across data you already entered.

What Agent will not do alone

Creating invoices, parties, items, or employees requires a preview and your confirmation — see Create records with Agent.

Name the month or party when asking — “outstanding for Sharma Traders” beats “who owes money”.

Agent uses the company you are switched into — check the header if answers look wrong.
