How this looks in TiBook
How to
- 1Open Agent and ask in natural language — for example “create invoice for Acme Corp, 10 boxes of bolts at ₹500”.
- 2Agent builds a preview with parties, lines, rates, and tax it inferred from your books.
- 3Read every field in the preview. Fix typos or missing GSTIN in the chat before you confirm.
- 4Click Confirm (or the confirm action Agent shows) to save the record. Nothing is posted without that step.
- 5Open the created invoice, party, item, or employee from the link Agent returns and verify totals.
- 6If the preview is wrong, cancel and rephrase — do not confirm a bad draft.
Confirmation is required
TiBook never silently posts vouchers from Agent. You always see a preview first. That keeps stray voice or chat mistakes out of your GST books.
Limits
Complex invoices (many lines, batches, serials) may still be faster on the invoice screen. Agent shines on quick creates and lookups.
Create the party first if Agent cannot match a name — or ask Agent to create the party and confirm before the invoice.
Daily Agent limits apply to creates and questions together — plan big imports through Excel instead.
