How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Open Reports and open Party Wise Outstanding.
  2. 2Filter by customers, suppliers, or both, and set a date if the report allows as-on filtering.
  3. 3Scan the list: party name, total billed, payments received or made, and balance due.
  4. 4Click a party to jump to their ledger or open invoices when the UI offers a drill-down.
  5. 5Use the list for collection calls, payment planning, and month-end follow-up.

Why balances drift

Unallocated payments, opening balances entered wrong, or invoices dated in the future all show up here. Fix the source voucher rather than guessing.

Credit limits

Some teams use outstanding as a soft credit check before the next dispatch. Keep Payment In allocations current so sales sees real exposure.

Export or screenshot the top debtors before your weekly collection meeting.

A small negative balance often means an advance — allocate it on the next invoice.
