- 1Save a sales invoice (or open an existing one).
- 2Click Share → Copy link (or WhatsApp / email — they embed the same URL).
- 3The link format is
https://app.tibook.in/invoice/p/(your domain may vary by environment). - 4Send it to the customer. They see your logo, line items, taxes, and totals in the selected invoice theme.
- 5They can download PDF from that page; they do not need to sign in.
- 6If you change the invoice later, the same link shows the updated saved version.
When to use it
Ideal for WhatsApp-first MSMEs, outstation buyers, and accountants who only need a read-only copy. It is not a payment gateway — use Add payment or Payment In to record money received.
Privacy
Anyone with the link can view that invoice. Treat it like a PDF attachment. Delete the voucher only if your workflow allows; otherwise share a revised invoice with a new number.
Pair the link with a short WhatsApp note: invoice number, amount due, and due date.
