- 1Open Billing & Spending → Sales → Sales Invoice and click a saved invoice (View Sale).
- 2Use Download PDF for the original, Duplicate, or Triplicate copy.
- 3Click Print PDF for the same copies, or Print Thermal for a receipt printer.
- 4Open Share. Pick WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, or Copy Link.
- 5On mobile, the system share sheet may appear when the browser supports it.
What the customer receives
WhatsApp and copy-link both use the public invoice URL (/invoice/p/:uuid). The buyer opens a branded page without logging into TiBook. PDF download from that page respects your invoice theme.
Share only after you save — draft links do not exist for unsaved vouchers.
For repeat buyers, duplicate last month’s invoice and share the new PDF in one minute.
