How this looks in TiBook
How to
- 1Go to Billing & Spending β Sales β Sales Invoice (or Purchase Invoice for a bill).
- 2Find the invoice to repeat. Open the row Actions menu.
- 3Click Duplicate.
- 4TiBook creates a new invoice in the next number (for example INV-2026-3) with the same party and lines. The original is untouched.
- 5Edit date and due date, change quantities if this order differs, then save.
Where duplicate works
Duplicate is available on major billing lists β sales invoice, purchase invoice, quotes, and similar vouchers. Each duplicate is a fresh document in your numbering series.
Duplicate is faster than creating from scratch for monthly retainers and repeat B2B orders.
After duplicating a quote, you still need to save it as a sales invoice when the deal is won β see Convert a quote to invoice.
