User roles and access
Assign admin, manager, finance, salesman, stock, and delivery roles so each user sees only the screens they need.
Invite teammates and control what they can access in your company.

How to
- 1Go to Settings β Users.
- 2Invite a user by email or open an existing user row.
- 3Pick a role: admin, manager, partner, finance, accountant, delivery_boy, salesman, stockist, or stock_manager.
- 4Save. The user sees menus allowed for that role on next login.
- 5Change role when someone moves jobs β do not share one login across the team.
- 6Remove access when they leave the company.
Role guide
Admin β full company control. Manager / partner β operations without every destructive setting. Finance / accountant β books, payments, reports. Salesman β billing and parties. Stockist / stock_manager β items and stock. Delivery boy β narrow delivery workflow. Give the least access that still lets them work.
Per company
Roles apply inside one company. The same person can be admin in one company and salesman in another.
Counter staff usually need salesman, not admin.
Pair new users with Invite your team for the full invite flow.
