How this looks in TiBook
How to
- 1Open Reports and choose Daybook.
- 2Select a single day or a short date range.
- 3Scroll the list in time order: voucher type, party, reference, debit, credit, and narration.
- 4Use it to answer “what happened on Tuesday?” without opening each module separately.
Who uses daybook
Owners checking daily activity, accountants verifying nothing was double-posted, and staff reconciling counter cash to receipts.
With Accounting enabled
Posted journal entries also appear once you use the Accounting app — one timeline for operational and manual vouchers.
Print or PDF daybook for a single day when handing shifts between cashiers.
If a voucher is missing, check the date filter first — off-by-one dates are the usual culprit.
