How this looks in TiBook
How to
- 1Open Amazon from the sidebar after your account is connected.
- 2Go to SKU mapping (or the mapping tab on the Amazon app).
- 3You see Amazon SKUs on one side and TiBook items on the other.
- 4For each SKU, pick the matching item from your catalog. Create a new item first if the product does not exist.
- 5Save mappings. Unmapped SKUs show on orders as unresolved until you link them.
- 6After mapping, trigger or wait for sync and open a recent order to confirm lines hit the right item.
One SKU, one item
Each Amazon SKU should map to exactly one TiBook item. Variants (size/colour) need separate items or separate SKUs — match how you stock the warehouse.
Map top sellers first — 80% of volume usually comes from a small SKU list.
When you rename an Amazon listing SKU, update mapping the same day.
