How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Open Settings β†’ Company (desktop) or Settings on mobile, then Company.
  2. 2Enter the legal business name exactly as it should print on invoices.
  3. 3Upload your logo. It appears on PDF invoices, thermal receipts (if enabled), and the public invoice page.
  4. 4Fill billing address, state, and PIN. This drives place of supply and the bill-from block.
  5. 5Add GSTIN and PAN if you have them. Use GSTIN lookup to pull the legal name and address from the GST portal.
  6. 6Choose currency (INR for most Indian businesses) and save. Optionally add a signature image for PDFs.

Why this matters

Every sales invoice, quote, and challan reads company details from this profile. Fix it once and every new document is correct. You can still override notes and terms per invoice.

Business category

Pick the category closest to how you sell (retail, distribution, services, restaurant). It does not lock features β€” it only helps TiBook suggest defaults.

If you run more than one firm, create a separate company instead of mixing GSTINs in one profile.

Logo works best as a PNG with a transparent or light background.
