How this looks in TiBook

How to

  1. 1Open the profile menu in the top-right (avatar).
  2. 2Choose Switch Business. A list of companies you can access opens beside the menu.
  3. 3Click the company you want. Books, parties, stock, and GSTIN switch with it — you stay signed in.
  4. 4To add another GSTIN, create a new company from the same profile / company flow. New companies start with empty books.
  5. 5On mobile, company switch lives under Settings.

What stays separate

Parties, items, vouchers, payments, reports, and enabled apps are per company. Do not reuse one company for two legal entities.

Team access

Invite users into the company they should see. A salesman in Company A does not automatically see Company B.

Name companies the way you say them out loud (“Vadodara shop”, “Delhi depot”) so switching is obvious.
