How this looks in TiBook
How to
- 1Open Follow-ups from the sidebar (/follow-ups).
- 2Click Add follow-up and enter a title β short enough to scan (βCall Raj β bulk orderβ).
- 3Link a party from your books or enter an external name and phone if they are not a customer yet.
- 4Paste a quote link if this task relates to a quotation you sent.
- 5Set status (open, waiting, done) and a due date so overdue items surface on the list.
- 6Save. Work the list daily β filter by due date or status.
Party vs external
Link a party when they already exist in TiBook so you see history in one place. Use external contact for cold leads β convert them to a party when they are ready to buy.
Attach the quote link the moment you send PDF β reps forget URLs by Friday.
Close or reschedule follow-ups the same day you touch them so the board stays truthful.
